Shipping Costs

Shipping is free New Zealand-wide over $100 NZD, otherwise, it's a $10 NZD flat rate.

How Do I Track My Order?

You'll receive an email with tracking link immediately, however, the link will only activate when your order clears customs with NZ Post - usually 2-5 days after your order is placed.

Where do you ship from?

All New Zealand orders are shipping from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. Click here to read why we do this.

Processing Times

The approximate timelines are as follows:

- All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

- Orders arrive in New Zealand after another 24 hours

- Processing by NZ Post takes 1-2 days

- Final mile delivery is approx. 2-5 days depending on where you live
