I’m on my 5th month of NMN and whilst I think I I’ve seen some slight benefits I’m still not convinced. I’ll continue with what I have but not sure I’ll continue with the subscription.

The effects of NMN can vary from person to person due to differences in metabolism. Some individuals may notice its effects more quickly than others.

To enhance the benefits, consider gradually increasing your dosage by 250mg at a time, up to a maximum of 1000mg. Monitor how you feel after each increase to ensure you're tolerating it well. For example, if you're currently taking 500mg daily, try taking 750mg for the next 7 days.

Since you're still not experiencing the benefits, factors like the MTHFR gene mutation or sensitivity to niacin could be at play. In this case, it might be helpful to start with a lower dose and consider taking substances like TMG or B vitamins, which support methylation.

It's a great question and we aim for 100% transparency in everything we do.


Our NMN is manufactured and packaged in China, where there are adequate manufacturing capabilities to produce NMN at scale.


All NMN you see on the market is produced in China. Sometimes you see 'New Zealand-made' but this refers to it being packaged in New Zealand, not produced. This is very common practice with supplements.


Instead of importing to New Zealand and needing to charge 50% more, we package in China and send from Hong Kong for efficiency and to provide you with the most competitive pricing on the market.
