Been taking TMG and NMN for around 6 months. 3-4 grams of TMG and 1 gram of NMN. Can't say I feel anything. The science looks great so I will continue with the products. The service from Agemate is excellent.

at this stage i have used the product for one month but waiting the second batch it took roughly 1 . 5 weeks and because of this i didn't have any for a week, so atm i'm sort of starting again.
so i haven't really noticed any benefits at this stage.

The product itself is great just a dodgy bottle The bottle leaks. It lraked through my bag on first use. I checked the lid was on correctly. The bottle design is faulty. every time I take a sip the liquid leaks out onto me via the lip of the container. The lid also cracked on the third use.

It is a bit early to judge effectiveness, although I do feel more energetic throughout the day. The powder makes a very pleasant drink which is a lot nicer to take than bitter powdered NMN or lots of capsules. The kit of storage tin and bottle is great too!
I recently lost a lot of weight, sorted out my gut health, diet, cranky joints but there was still something I couldn’t put my finger on…. Looking for this supplement, trying that supplement, trying all sorts to figure out my sleep, my naturally tense disposition, and tiredness I’ve grappled with most of my life (so really wasn’t sure whether that was just me)…. Found this as I wanted to give NMN a go for a while, I’ve done a Biomedical science degree so I know the science very well…. I’m not a tablet taker and I’m a sensitive sole so I can’t make myself do anything too strenuous or distasteful or annoying…. This tastes clean and simple, and after just 3 days I felt at least 10 years younger …. I’m really in tune with my body and mind, to the point where I’m a bit of a micromanager so any small issue or improvement I pick up on quickly and test that it’s not just in my head… I can’t explain this any better other than my eyes are no longer tired and dry, 4 people close to me who are ruthless in telling you exactly the way something is have said “I can’t put my finger on it - what have you done - there’s something about you” after me taking this for just over a week …. I can safely say thank you - I found my missing jigsaw piece to what was wrong. Love how it doesn’t interfere with any of my gut issues either nor causes me bowl problems as so many dissolvable vitamins do (which is my preferred method of consumption)… I’m sorry I cancelled my subscription as I only wanted to try this - It will be firmly reinstated … please don’t change this formula at all xx and thanks for the reassurance on the packaging about being able to take this whilst fasting and that it doesn’t interfere …. That put my mind at ease and has definitely made up my mind - this is a clear keeper
